Angus Allan

Angus Allan is an award-winning AI and product leader, and the AI Innovation Lead at Version 1. Recognised in Digital Leaders' 2024 "AI Experts of the Year", he blends hands-on product strategy with practical AI delivery, moving teams from slideware to shipped, measurable outcomes.

Angus has led AI initiatives across financial services and the public sector, and works as a contracted model safety tester for a frontier AI lab. His work and perspectives have been featured in Forbes, WIRED, ITPro and LeadDev. He serves on the Scottish AI Alliance Governance Group and is a Non-Executive Director at Rock Trust, Scotland's largest youth homelessness charity.
