About Tarin Rickett
Tarin is a UI engineering lead working at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. With a background in driving growth at high-impact companies, she spent six years in Silicon Valley at LinkedIn working across SEO, acquisition, and conversion, before relocating to London and joining Reddit’s top-of-funnel growth team.
Grounded in the belief that technology can lift people up, Tarin is passionate about building more inclusive tech communities. She serves as Chief of Staff at Women in Tech UK and volunteers with the Women’s Alliance for Knowledge Exchange (WAKE), where she advises women-led nonprofits on high-impact technical initiatives around the world.
